Kristina holds a degree in International Studies from Northeastern University in Boston. She is a Luxury Property Specialist with Keller Williams International, a member of the Marco Island and Naples Area Board of Realtors, a member of the Marco Island Center for the Arts, former Marco Island small business owner, previous director of a local networking organization, and she plans on furthering her involvement with two organizations that have touched her family personally: M.A.D.D. (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) and the Crohns & Colitis Foundation.

Tammie was born in Dearborn, MI from a family of 6 siblings and moved to NY in the 6th grade. It was in NY state where she met her husband of 33 years in high school. After graduating, she got married and raised a beautiful family of 4: Kristina, Kyriacos, Zachary, and Gabriella.

Tammie was a stay at home mom and decided when her children were all in school to become a teacher’s aide. She worked in the local school district for over 25 years and developed many relationships within the community. In 1992 her family suffered a tragic loss when her son was killed by a drunk driver. A year after his death she and her husband started a Mothers Against Drunk Driving chapter (MADD) in their county and became very active in their community because of this. Her husband became a county legislator and both Tammie and Dimitrios continued to fight for victim’s rights. 

Over the last decade, Tammie and her family traveled to Marco Island to visit family with the plan of one day making it their permanent residence. Tammie states “I thank God everyday for my beautiful family and for the blessings He has given me to be able to call Marco Island our home!” Tammie works along side her daughter Kristina Lambros as a Buyers agent with the Lambros Group. She states with great enthusiasm, “It would be a great honor to work together with you in your home buying or selling process!”

Raised in New York is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, DC, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in International Business. During college, Nick was a member of GW’s Division I Baseball program while also excelling in his business studies. 

Nick comes from a family of builders and has a background in construction finance for a large healthcare company in the mid-atlantic. In addition, Nick has experience in multiple positions within the the home mortgage lending industry here in Naples, which gives him unique insight into the home-buying process for his clients. 

Before moving to Florida, Nick had traveled extensively throughout the the continental US. He has a passion for experiencing new places and cultures. He is preparing to embark on a trip to Dubai, U.A.E. before the end of the year and has plans to visit several nearby countries while overseas. In his free time, Nick pursues a passion for creating electronically produced music. “Without music, life would be a mistake” – Nietzsche

The Lambros Group is thrilled to welcome Beth Murphy as the newest addition to their Team.  Beth started her real estate career in the Northeast. Born in the Bronx, she grew up in Rockland County, and summered on the Jersey Shore. Beth graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Stockton State College and immediately went into real estate. She started her career as a buyer’s agent while also working for a Real Estate Attorney, providing her with valuable experience in both the sales and transaction coordination side of the business. 

Beth moved to Marco Island in 1991 to manage a real estate office.  She worked with numerous builders on new construction projects as the sleepy coastal island transformed into a bustling vacation destination.  Beth’s skillful management style and eye for detail led to a natural transition into the role of a closing agent, a challenge she enjoyed for over 20 years.  From 2010 until 2021, Beth transformed First Title & Abstract, Inc. into a Marco Island powerhouse, facilitating thousands of transactions during her time with the company.  She is eager to bring her high-level expertise and stellar customer service acumen to The Lambros Group. 

Beth’s true passion is her family. Along with her partner of many years, John, and her parents, Beth loves spending time with her daughter Jillian, son-in-law, Travis and her two beautiful grandsons at their home in Lake Mary, Florida. 


The Lambros Group is also pleased to announce Gabriella Lambros as the team’s newest licensed real estate agent. Gabriella has been working in the industry alongside her sister assisting with all the technological aspects of the business, since moving to Marco Island from New York. Most recently, she has made the transition to buyer’s agent with the Group and continues to assist with technological aspects. She is a competitive ballroom dancer and brings that same focus and commitment to her clients and negotiations. Gabriella is actively involved with the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation in various patient volunteer efforts, and is also working to complete her bachelor’s degree. Gabriella is eager to add her enthusiasm to the team as the Lambros Group continues to become one of Marco Island’s top producers.
